Scott Tipping Presents: Leland, 8:30 pm, No Cover Show
Leland is a collective that started with an idea by Steve Warrenfeltz to create a compilation album paying tribute to the Bluebird recordings recorded at The Leland Tower in Aurora, Il. The record was produced by Scott Tipping and features a ton of great musicians, songs and sounds that all started in Aurora between 1937-1938. Since the album’s release Leland has gone out and done shows to promote the project, the town and the famous music that was created right here in Aurora. The Roundhouse show will be complete with a cracking band, special guest artists and rhythm and blues from all around the United States. It will prove to be an evening to remember.
