Details: Treat Dad to a special dinner that he will love on Father’s Day Eve! Join us for a Chef and Brewer’s Dinner featuring Caribbean dishes by our new Head Chef, Don Stansel, and beer by our Brewmaster, Popeye Mahrle. This 4-course meal will be paired with a 10 ounce beer and includes a welcome cocktail made with Two Brothers Artisan Spirits.

Welcome Reception begins at 6:30.
Dinner begins at 7:00.

Tickets are $40.00 (Gratuity not included) and can be purchased below or at Two Brothers Tap House in Scottsdale. Additional beverages available for purchase.

Caribbean Fruit & Greens Salad with Dried Cranberries, Mandarin Orange segments, Pumpkin Seeds, Cilantro, Green Onion, Pineapple Chunks. With Honey Lime Vinaigrette.

Ceviche Tiradito. Ceviche of Ahi Tuna and Shrimp with Leche de Tiger in half Coconut Shell.
Pairing: Mango Empty Tank.

Caribbean Jerk Pulled Pork Slider Trio. 3 Pulled Pork Sliders braised in Domaine DuPage Beer, Jerk Seasoning and Key Lime Juice.
Pairing: Domaine DuPage French Country Ale

Tropical Rum Trifle. Coconut Dream Custard filled snifter glass, with Bananas, Pound Cake, Pineapple Chunks & Mango.
Pairing: Pahoehoe Coconut Ale
