Two Brothers Sour Beer Week allows us to showcase some of our favorite beers from our sour program, which started 20 years ago!
Since then, Two Brothers has built one of the prominent and extensive sour beer programs in Illinois.
The week-long event will feature a sour beer tap takeover with a food special menu to pair with sour beers, exclusively at the Two Brothers Tap House.

Sour Razz Raspberry Sour (4.5%): Loaded with a massive amount of real raspberries that dominate the aroma and give a wonderful jammy nose and subtle wood character.
Brett Aged Sour (4%): Full-bodied barrel-aged sour with oak and vanilla flavors. oak aged brett ale added to balance the body and add complexity.
Rosemary Lemon Sour (4%): A blend of two barrels with one barrel giving a very herbal/rosemary character and the other offering a nice clean lemon sour.
Barrel-Aged Sour (4%): A wonderful example of how oak and time can pull out complex flavors. Balance of sweet and sour with earthy wood notes.
Green Tea & Quice Sour (4%): Light in color and body, this barrel-aged sour was steeped in quince green tea for a bright sour with a pronounced fruit and herbal character.
Razz Brown (4.5%): Barrel-aged brown ale with raspberries with toasty malt notes and fruit aromas that give depth and warmth.
Brett Dry Hopped Aged Sour (4%): A brett forward sour that was dry-hopped in the barrel and aged for two years. Oak flavors and sour dominate with a pleasant bitter to clean off the pallet.
Tiburon Tart Sour IPA (6.5%): Think west coast style IPA meets kettle sour, creating a massive hop nose, a medium level of bitterness and a tart bite that’s sure to leave a mark.
In The Flesh Raspberry Sour (4.1%): In The Flesh is a rotating series of American kettle sour ales, re-fermented with real fruits. This installment features fresh raspberries which add floral and rose notes.
In The Flesh Lime & Sea Salt Sour (4.1%): In The Flesh is a rotating series of American kettle sour ales, re-fermented with real fruits. This installment uses both lime for added tartness and sea salt for balance.
In The Dark Cherry Sour (4.2%): An immediate sourness is leveled out with a sweetness of cherries, with touches of roasted coffee and chocolate thrown in for layers of depth.
