10. Fulton Market Kitchen
Fulton Market Kitchen is an indoor-only restaurant and event space with a seating capacity of 200 guests at most. While it doesn’t have the most inclusive square footage, it is one of the most unique and engaging places in the city. There is dedicated space for both ceremonies and receptions at this venue.

9. Parson’s Chicken & Fish
Parson’s Chicken & Fish is a family-friendly restaurant located in Lincoln Park. It measures 7000 square feet in total and has a seating capacity of 225. Two indoor dining rooms are connected by a large wraparound bar, and there are also multiple outdoor patio areas furnished with picnic tables that can be used for private events.

2. The Signature Room at the 95th
The Signature Room is a restaurant and event venue located on the 95th floor of a skyscraper in Chicago. The space can seat a maximum of 150 guests, and there are a total of seven different private rooms to choose from. The main dining area is not available for private events, unlike most other restaurant venues.

The Signature Room, along with the Lounge on the 96th floor, is owned by Infusion Management Group. 1. River Roast
River Roast has one of the largest guest capacities of all Chicago venues: as many as 1000 people can share the space for an event. Six different indoor and outdoor locations ensure that every celebration will have the space they need. A veranda and dock are two of the most sought after sites for smaller parties, but large groups will love the indoor space as well.

River Roast resides in the Reid Murdoch building. This historic structure was built in 1914 and began as a 7-story office building. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and has also been named a Chicago landmark.
