Two Brothers Sour Week!

Description: The Two Brothers Tap House and Two Brothers Social Tap are hosting Two Brothers Sour Week, January 22nd through January 28th. This tap takeover will feature 14 different Two Brothers Sours (14 at Two Brother Tap House, 9 at Two Brothers Social Tap) on tap while supplies last and special food pairings. Join us Monday, January 22 at 5 p.m. for the kickoff party and then swing back a few times throughout the week. Get ready to pucker up!

Two Brothers Sour Week Tap List

(List varies based on location)

Barrel 7 – American Sour Ale. 4.1% ABV 7 IBU

Notes: Kettle Sour aged 6 months in Chardonnay barrels.

Barrel 35 – Dark Sour Ale with Cherries. 6.0% ABV 40 IBU

Notes: Mixed fermentation of ale yeast, Brettanomyces, and house sour culture. Refermented with tart cherries and aged in Cabernet Barrels for 3 months.

Phenomenomnom – 3 Year Oak Aged Sour Ale. 5.3% ABV 5 IBU

Notes:  Mixed fermentation blend that used ale yeast, Brettanomyces, and house sour culture. Aged in French oak foudres for 3 years.

In The Flesh Pineapple – American Sour with Real Pineapple 4.1% ABV 7 IBU

Notes: Kettle sour with pineapple added in the brew house

In The Flesh Mango – American Sour with Real Mangos 4.1% ABV 7 IBU

Notes: Kettle sour with mangos added in the brew house

In The Dark Blackberry – American Sour with Real Blackberries 4.1% ABV 7 IBU

Notes: Kettle sour with blackberries added in the brew house

Coup D’Oeil – Dark Sour Ale 5.3% ABV 40 IBU

Notes: Mixed fermentation of ale yeast and house sour culture. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 1 year.

Allez, Allez, Allez – Dark Sour Ale with Coffee 5.3% ABV 40 IBU

Notes: Mixed fermentation of ale yeast and house sour culture. Aged in stainless steel tanks for 1 year. Additionally aged with coffee beans.

Hoodwink ’17 – Dark Sour Ale 8.5% ABV 40 IBU

Notes: Mixed fermentation blend that used ale yeast, Brettanomyces, and house sour culture.

Wouch! – American Sour with Cherries. 4.7% ABV 3 IBU

Notes: Kettle Sour refermented with sweet cherries, tart cherries, and Brettanomyces.

Tangent – Foudre Aged Dark Sour Ale with Brett. 5.5% ABV 6 IBU

Notes: Mixed fermentation of ale yeast, Brettanomyces and house sour culture. Aged in French oak foudres.

French Lightning –A farmhouse take on Domaine DuPage. 6% ABV 24 IBU.

Notes: Fermented with ale yeast. Refermented with Brettanomyces. Aged in neutral oak barrels.

Sour Beer #2 – Blonde Sour Ale 6.5% ABV 5 IBU

Notes: Mixed fermentation of ale yeast, Brettanomyces, and house sour culture. Aged in French oak foudres for 2 years.

Tank 30 – Golden Sour Ale 5.6% ABV 32 IBU

Notes: Mixed fermentation of ale yeast, wheat yeast, Brettanomyces, and house sour culture. Aged in stainless steel for 8 months.
