Holly Jones, NIU Associate Professor of Biological Sciences Jones will be talking about the role of bison and fire in restoring and managing prairie ecosystems here in Illinois. She’ll share what her research team has found in terms of how bison reintroduction has impacted prairie plants, animals and ecosystems.
